When such a group of interesting people gather together, linking with each other into deep integration, then what would happen?
In November, the beautiful late autumn season in Nanjing, NCMC Eagle Team launched a brand new camp, growing together with new perspective and experience!
Through the river of time, following the happy events that are happening in an aristocratic Nanjing family, we were experiencing the fantastic history and humanistic romance that passing down for more than 100 years.
In the occurrence of eight happy events in life and the inheritance disturbance of the family, our Eagle Team members have deeply realized the charm of traditional culture and its historical value.
The couple's wedding, the laughter at the banquet, the reunion time of family members... All these convey a sense of warmth and passion.
The stories of the family are just like the stories of NCMCers. We draw closer to each other through daily interaction and sharing, learning in deep exchanges, growing in mutual help, and working together in a sincere and harmonious atmosphere. That makes us an inclusive and caring family.
The future has come, the past has not gone. Extracting the essence from history, drawing wisdom from former people and launching a dialogue between hearts and thoughts are the meaning of looking back at the past to illuminate our own way forward.
As thoughts flowing, everyone illuminates themselves and others. The words like "happy" and "harvesting" are not enough to describe our feelings, so this time we especially carried out a follow-up interview on some of the Eagle Team members, let's listen to their specific experience and feelings.
“It is the first time to participate in the activity of the Eagle Team. I’m very happy, and appreciate that NCMC and leaders organize such an activity for us! This activity is so interesting. We saw the handsome actor and my mood was super good and it allowed me to deepen the relationship with my colleagues. Before dinner, our leader Ms Meng cordially and warmly communicated with each of us and instructed us a lot. NCMC is like a big family, I am really lucky to join this family! Previously I felt that I was a small solar to warm others, now I feel that NCMC is the light, shining over me.”
“The most impressive thing in the activity is that everyone shared their experience in work. We joined NCMC at different time, some have been here for three months, some six months, and some one year... Different times also represent different stages of work. Everyone has a unique experience. This kind of sharing helps new comers a lot. I can understand the problems and difficulties I may encounter in the future work in advance, as well as the methods and strategies of my predecessors and colleagues applied when facing problems. These are valuable experiences, which can help me avoid detours, grow up more quickly, and build my own role in the team as soon as possible.”

All Team members of different "grades" listened carefully to the stories of how others met challenges, overcame difficulties, and harvested growth in their work.
